Meredith Breach Bos

In her role as a principal, Meredith supports Energize’s Endurance strategy by evaluating new investments through due diligence, including competitive landscape research, market sizing and financial evaluation, as well as supporting investments post-close through value creation activities. She plays an instrumental role in deal flow, from building investment theses to helping source and analyze potential companies and executing investments.

Prior to joining Energize, Meredith spent five years with Vista Equity Partners, where she was a member of the private equity investment team and actively worked on the firm’s investments spanning lower-middle market and high-growth organizations to large cap enterprises.

Meredith holds a B.B.A. with high distinction and a concentration in Finance and Business Communication from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan, where she was a founding member of the Zell Early Stage Fund.
