Elisabeth Spencer

As an associate on Energize's Endurance team, Elisabeth focuses on evaluating and executing new investment opportunities through comprehensive due diligence, market analysis, and financial modeling. She actively drives the firm's efforts to identify new investment trends and source potential companies across sectors.

Prior to joining Energize, Elisabeth was an investment banking analyst at Nomura Greentech, where she advised on M&A and capital raise transactions. She worked with growth-stage companies operating across the sustainable transition, specializing in energy and mobility technology and services.

Elisabeth holds a B.A. in Environmental and Urban Studies from the University of Chicago, where she was on the Board of the Investing Forum.
