Becks Bondi

As Director of Operations, Becks leads the systems, processes, and cross-functional collaboration that keep Energize running smoothly. Working closely with our COO, she drives the efficiency and scalability of the firm, overseeing firm-wide operations, talent systems, strategic initiatives, and more.

Prior to joining Energize, Becks was part of the leadership team at General Assembly, a global education company focused on building the future of work through skills-based training. As Chief of Staff and VP of Strategy and Operations, she led M&A integrations and cross-functional initiatives across HR, technology, compliance, marketing, and operations.

Becks began her career in the performing arts, spending a decade adjudicating, teaching, and performing contemporary and neo-classical ballet. That experience continues to shape her approach to creative problem-solving and team collaboration.

She holds an M.A. in Nonprofit Management from NYU and is originally from the Netherlands, by way of Canada.
