As a senior associate on Energize’s investment team, Ana performs due diligence activities, including competitive landscape research, market sizing and financial evaluation. She also supports the firm’s deal flow, from helping source and analyze pipeline companies to closing investments and refining our investment theses.
Prior to joining Energize, Ana was a senior associate at Insight Partners. Her responsibilities included conducting due diligence for new investments across software verticals, providing strategic support for portfolio companies, and serving on the investment team for the 20/20 Vision Capital Fund for diverse and emerging fund managers.
She started her career as a private equity consultant at McKinsey & Company, where she supported private equity client due diligence processes, contributed to industry-level trends and analysis reports, and advised private equity firms on their DEI strategies.
Ana received her B.S. in financial engineering from Columbia University, with minors in economics and East Asian studies. She serves on the young leadership committee for Billion Oyster Project, an environmental restoration nonprofit.
